Boondi Ladoo Sweet

Boondi Ladoo is a popular traditional Indian sweet made from tiny fried gram flour droplets called boondi, which are soaked in sugar syrup and shaped into round laddus. Unlike Motichoor Laddu, the boondi used here is slightly larger, giving the sweet a grainy and textured bite.

Prepared using besan (gram flour), ghee or oil, sugar, and flavored with cardamom, Boondi Ladoos are often enriched with dry fruits like cashews and raisins. They have a perfect balance of sweetness and a soft yet slightly crunchy texture.
